From 1806 OUR STORY… On the 13th of May in the year 1806 the Balance & Colombian Repository published an article with the earliest known definition of the cocktail ‘Cocktail is a stimulating drink, made of all kinds of spirits, sugars, waters & bitters’. This marked a defining moment & a spirited revolution that transformed casual drinking into a craft of precision and creativity.
